Pros
Even if you know absolutely nothing about nothing, you can probably still survive at this company, as long as you are good at avoiding responsibilities. Caida is very typical state owned entity. It is a brokerage firm with no proprietary research, investment bank that did zero IPOs, a bond house that asks its own prop desk to buy issues that it underwrites because it is the only way it knows how to attract any client. All department heads rotate every couple of years, and nobody is good at doing anything.

If you want to do something with your career, this is probably not the place.
