Wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. Micromanagement is an understatement.

Pros
Plenty of field work.
Cons
Employees are put in unsafe working environments every week. Management sacrifices safety for efficiency often. Power to the office and cell phones will occasionally be turned off due to lack of payment. You can discuss your safety concerns at safety meetings but management will not make any changes. A lot of overnight travel with unrealistic field work expectations.
