I have worked for CWP in a variety of roles in the past, as a contractor, as a W2 employee, and as a leader. The organization operates with the utmost integrity and truly values their employees. I have never felt more appreciated and valued than I have when I worked for CWP. Their dedication to doing what is right for the clients, the candidates they work with, and their employees is second to none. They are extremely flexible and caring to their people. The executive coaching and training provided by the leadership team at CWP is fantastic and adds real value. Having worked at a few fortune 500 companies before and seeing what is offered out there in that space, CWP adds tremendous value to their executives they partner with. Their training platform for hiring managers is exceptional and game changing. It adds tremendous value to their clients. I highly recommend anyone looking to work with them in any capacity to do so.

I wouldn't change anything. They adapt quickly when they need to and are very flexible.
