      Friendly work environment. I worked on a special reinforced concrete building as my 1st project and learnt a lot. Got well versed with the ACI code during this project

      The starting salary I was offered was very low.

      Pros

      Pros: Good company to work with for freshers. But not much for experienced people. Minimal career growth possible in this company.

      Cons

      Time will be wasted. Career growth not possible at all. Go and Look for other company. Lot of companies available.
