Positive aspects of CSI: 1) schedule flexibility, 2) opportunity for R&D projects, 3) paid training/certifications, and 4) random financial incentives.
Cons
Negative aspects of CSI: 1) blatant nepotism, 2) no HR department, 3) safety issues totally disregarded, 4) hostile/negative work environment, 5) no recognition for hard work or achievement, and 6) open discussion of religion/politics/controversial topics by executives, management and employees.
Management blames all mishaps on lower employees. Rather than take the blame, they will put it on others. When their excesses show up by way of lost revenue, they go ahead and blame lower employees and lay them off. The real problem is management and they are the ones that need to be let go.
I doubt this company will still be in existence in 2years. I bet all the remaining employees are already leaving them.
