Pros
Non micro-managed environment. You can wear what you want. They pay for your health benefits.
Cons
Office is completly unorganized. No sort of direction at all. They fire everyone, with no notice or answer why. They change your compensation every other week. Expect to work 60 hours a week, with no compensation for the OT. They make you feel horrible when you ask for a day off even if you have the time. I would never recommend anyone to work for this company. No room for growth. No 401k.
