      CSG Cares! In the 22 years I've worked here, there have been good managers, great managers and not-so-great managers. Nothing is perfect, but, CSG has always strived to be as close as possible. Do we struggle sometimes? Yes. Do we work together to get it done? Yes. Are there long hours sometimes? Yes. Does management acknowledge the hard work and long hours? YES! The atmosphere is positive and encouraging. From Brian Sheppard, all the way down the ranks, we are a team. What I do matters and I feel it every day. It's a great place to work.

      As a truly international company, it's hard to always connect with colleagues across the globe. It's sometimes feel like an uphill battle... but... it has gotten better.
