Startup atmosphere :-) - You create components from absolute scratch and have absolute freedom in architecture decisions. Decisions are mostly made by whole team. - No bureaucracy at all - Management understands trading deep, supports and apply good code-practices. - Two projects, money-making one and innovative venture other - Management has active wish to do your relocation and life comfortable. - Scrum / Agile - Education lectures about trading basics from analytics. Come back to university, remember some integrals. - Visit gym with coworkers on Wednesdays. Drink beer on Fridays :-) - Free dinner food! - Amsterdam is very nice city :-) The company office is in some crazy and cozy building right on the river coast in 10 minutes ferry floating from Central Station

Startup atmosphere :-( The development process is on the forming stage currently. Fast product building tends to coding rush. There is no pressure, but nervous sometimes.
