They suck you in with promises of big$$$ and then find excuses to not pay you as agreed. Was able to make multiple placements in the first couple of months and am still waiting for commission to be paid. Do not sign there employment agreement or non-compete without thoroughly reading. Also it is a draw they will tell you it is a salary when first hired but read the fine print.
