Pros

great company if you work in the inner layer part. there was 2 management systems. team based in inner layer, authoritarian style in the outer layer part

Cons

operations poorly run in the external layer area. lots of politics, one manager in particular got away with all kinds of underhanded stuff

Pros

Not really a list of pros. More like a list of what they tell you to get you hooked. They bring you in and tell you these wonderful things. Quarterly bonuses. Expensive reward trips when you've been there long enough. A Christmas bonus and a huge party (open bar but if you don't drink it's not that great). A company picnic in the summer where you can bring all your friends. Really awesome incentives. But that's all they are. Like a bribe. They give you these things because it's cheaper to give you cool stuff and an occasional bonus then actually pay you what you deserve for the work that you do. Don't let them hook you on it. This job is not worth it.

Cons

You are working in a high stress environment. Alarms are coming in faster than they can be handled and it's severely frowned upon to get up from your seat when there are alarms hanging or the phones ringing and the phone rings nonstop. Not even exaggerating I promise. In addition to the pressure to clear alarms out and phone calls, the people you talk to on the phone are beyond ignorant. These people have alarm systems, loud things that are meant to alert an authority of some sort, and don't know how they work and as a third party company you can't help them with that and they don't like it. You have to tell them you can't help them turn the alarm off, that you can't turn it off for them, and you sent the police to their house because they couldn't remember the password to they're house. It is a toxic work place. They hire kids fresh out of high school and their friends and they don't want to work. They don't want to do the job right. And they cause unnecessary drama. For attendance they have a strict point system. They say you have 8 points but really it's 7 and 3/4s cuz when you hit 8 they fire you. They don't care about your doctors note. You still get pointed. The level of favoritism is absolutely appalling. Forget moving up in the company. Unless a manager likes you you're beat. And if you want a manager to like you, you have to give up your whole life outside work and just work overtime until you can't function anymore. And with how little you get paid, in comparison to the sheer volume of work you do, the overtime isn't worth it at all. After taxes you see practically nothing anyway.

Pros

the day goes by fast. We are so understaffed that it is non stop from start to finish.

Cons

Angry customers, extremely low pay and the turnover is out of control.
