Pros

- Friendship with colleagues - High possibilities to learn from top-level educated mates - Almost unique place to work in real satellites or rockets. Other places are INVAP, Arsat and a few companies that are becoming serious suppliers. - Due to lack of organization, you could be easily promoted one morning, no matter what you did before, your expertise or merit - Full-time gevernment positions... You'll nevet get fired

Cons

- Shame salaries - No prizes for hard-workers or brilliant ideas - To be surrounded by work fanatics you'll end up working a lot of hours and sometimes weeks away from home and family without any extra income. This works for young single people, buy it is risky when you grow up. - Loooong projects. You could be retired and never got to see big goals achieved! - Budgets fluctuate from "let's buy anything we need" to "maybe project will close and die forever next week". - High-class education needed, but no elite benefits or payment - Dealing with butgets and supplies could make you understand law but cheat or find a reasonable way to spend and to procure, dealing with unreasonably bureaucracy.

Pros

Interesting unique projects for Argentina. Chaotic Human Resources management could lead you to high positions any time. Growing in employees and funds every year. Sometimes you could start a joint activity with top people, like NASA, ESA or AZI.

Cons

Salaries are low, near half of what should be. Human Resources are not valuable to the institution. Projects are long, loong, loooong... Objectives are not clear, and they are closely keeped in non-sense secret. Not organized at all. If you work really hard you'll get tired and angry instead of promoted or recognized. Amazing projects are buried by political issues. Politicians are more involved every year. Lack of tecnicians and administrative staff. Extra-hours are often required but never payed. They employ space fanatics, so they don't care if you claim you're leaving ar if you want to professionally grow. No training.
