Pros
Easy job, good management. Very friendly people all around. The store get's busy at times, but there are usually enough people working, and things don't get too hectic (unless it's Christmas!)
Cons
The salary is of course very low, it will be minimum wage. Also, during non-holiday periods, the number of shifts per week can get very low.
