      Great team members, hybrid schedule

      Cons

      CEO is unknowledgeable of industry. Company decisions (strategic + financial) were incredibly poor and a hinderance to its future. Production and development of product is rushed, valid customers complaints are not taken seriously or improved. Horribly blind leadership.
