Positive reviews in May month are from ops team and it's a big scam.

I encourage you to share your concerns and ideas you have for improving the office culture directly with your manager, local HR team members, and/or by joining the employee experience committee as we truly value feedback, especially from current employees. If you find you're not being heard locally, please reach out directly to me as the VP of HR, via Teams or email and we can schedule some time to talk through your concerns and ideas for improvement.
As for the positive reviews on Glassdoor recently posted, the organization does at times reach out to employees to remind them about our Glassdoor account and encourage them to take some time to write a post to share their experience so candidates looking to join CData can get a feel for our current culture and employee experiences.
