Makes good pay. Last I was there, it was 22.39 hour union rate
Cons
Insanely strict accident policy, bad vacation time, no sick days approved, bad attendance policies like no 3 days off on weekends in the span of entire year, got to work weekends for first 5 years, no control of schedule because first picks go by senority, customers disrespect the drivers on a daily basis while getting no backup help from dispatchers
