      Pros

      C5T acts as a middleman to connect various contracts with workers, which is common with DoD contracts. The stability of DoD work leads to a comparatively relaxed workplace. A great place to get some experience

      Cons

      The downside to DoD work is suppressed wages.

      Pros

      1. Excellent pay & benefits (401K 100% vested from first day of contribution; medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA, etc.) 2. C5T works really hard to take care of its employees and ensure they have continued work. They treat them as family in an industry where people are often treated as expendable resources.

      Cons

      Small company with limited opportunities for changing jobs within the company or resources available for training/growth.

      Pros

      They really work hard to take care of their people. Everyone is known by the CEO /owners and matter as an individual, not just a number. This is unusual from what I've observed in the DoD consulting industry.

      Cons

      Small company; so it has limited resources/opportunity for development internally.
