Pros
Friendly and competent senior management and staff. People were open to suggestions and responded quickly to new ideas.
Cons
Poor VC funding, which is why the company closed in less then 6 months after I started.

Company has good design flow and methodology. People gets to research various issues and propose architectural solutions. As a result you can learn a lot about how to make a chip and a SOC product.
Cons
Company is a startup and comes with financial risks.
