      Pros

      The only pro was my coworkers were nice and it was close to my house

      Cons

      Manager publicly shamed me for being poor, tried to bully me into changing my hours, was extremely rude to me and acted like she was better than me. She is the reason i quit. Id also like to add i quit November 8th i was supposed to get paid November 15th and it is now December 11th and i have yet to be paid and they are rude every time i call to ask about my paycheck.

      Pros

      If you like slinking down into a dimly lit cubicle and hiding from your boss, this is probably a pretty reasonable employer to look into.

      Cons

      Where to start... - Fail to understand basic employee needs as far as work/life balance is concerned. - The entire office is running on antiquated equipment akin to, again, a 1980's office space. - The management have absolutely no idea how to pilot marketing or advertising strategies in the 21st century (they seriously ran PRINT and MAIL ad campaigns as priority over internet) - Management being so incapable and quite frankly idiotic means that any chance of genuinely good ideas working their way up the chain of command is almost instantaneously squashed.

      Pros

      Owners are very secure financially and they do have the employees best interests at heart.

      Cons

      The Byers family is so wealthy and have so many things going on that they have people running the business for them and these people are your typical selfish managers looking out for their own schedule and pockets.
