      Pros

      Extremely flexible and easy-going. Great place to work for young stoners, artists, and musicians looking to pick up a little extra work, or people who just want to zone out.

      Cons

      Low pay and no benefits. Lots of disorganization and miscommunication. Overly easy-going management and work environment that leads to very little follow-through and personal accountability amongst the staff in general. Boring, tedious work that can lead to repetitive stress syndrome injuries.

      Hardworking and caring staff Understanding and helpful management Casual work environment Great benefits Busy Beaver is a small business that deeply cares about their impact within their industry and community. They invest in people and that is reflected in the great team that works there.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but working for any small business requires a degree of flexibility. Being willing and able to adapt is key to success in any role at BB.
