      Pros

      You get to make your own schedule for the most part. The dancers and waitresses arent catty so it feels like family all getting money together.

      Cons

      Management sucks, is two faced, and the slogan "poop rolls down hill" is real.

      If you want management experience this company will hire you. After one year you receive a one week vacation. You will meet beautiful females.

      Cons

      This company will demand that you work 12 hour days five - six days a week for a weekly salary. No health benefits.

      If your starting your adult life this can be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      The salary starts out very low. The work hours required are many. This is NOT a career place to work. Two or three years max before burn out. High management turnover.
