      Pros

      I genuinely love working here. The founders and leadership team care deeply about their employees and are always working to make the office feel welcoming. I feel lucky to have an opportunity to work somewhere that gives me ample responsibility and the freedom to try new things. I learn something new every single day, and I am always striving to do more. Honestly couldn't ask for a better employer.

      Pros

      - The managers here really strive to adapt to any situation that may arise as there’s a strong interest in keeping everyone happy within their team - If you show up as you should and show determination, you will easily be given trust with other responsibilities - The company is really good about recognition and they have an internal award called Bumps Best, where they publicly and financially award someone who’s went above and beyond - This is probably the first job I’ve worked at with absolutely NO micromanaging. You are in charge of your day to day activities and you list your priorities daily (out of your assigned lists of duties)

      - Little to no room for growth in the sense of raises or title changes - If you’re doing something good, even if you’re absolutely struggling to get it done by yourself, there’s no rush for management to hire extra help
