- team members have all been very welcoming - leadership is transparent, engaging, and open to feedback; clearly passionate about the product and forward thinking about the future of the company - teams collaborate extensively on projects and support each other with their daily responsibilities - relatively flat organization with few middle managers - flexible hours and good pay

Cons

- onboarding is still a WIP and was a little chaotic; some of this is obviously amplified due to COVID and the process is constantly being worked on - people management principles not yet fully embraced by leadership; I don't mean they don't manage, I simply mean the group of people managers is relatively green and still learning how to properly coach and mentor their reports - over-reliance on slack at times

- You feel valued as an employee (positive feedback, your ideas and input are taken into consideration, etc) - The environment is very inclusive. They made me feel part of the team very fast. The best way to describe it is as a healthy working environment, where the work gets done without sacrificing employees' well-being. - We get to work online during Covid-19.
