Pros
You're able to work remotely.
Cons
Clueless management and higher-ups who don't respect each other or their teammates. When hired, you are told you will receive your full benefits after 90 days. Once you ask about benefits, you will never get a straight answer. I never received my benefits as promised; after 90 days, I was given the run-around. HR was clueless, and unethical practices and favoritism are shown only if you are friends with management. They don't like you to ask questions. Just shut up. Keep your head down is what they want. They hire you as one thing, and you end up not doing the job you're employed for; the only training you will receive in the beginning is reading Word documents that are not correct. You have to bring the error to their attention. This list goes on.
