Pros

Provides a learning experience for college students.

Cons

Inept management. Terribly disorganized, toxic environment, there is no HR department, run down facilities and equipment. Many are barely making minimum wage while upper management is overpaid for doing nothing.

Pros

Great comraderie with staff, a great place to trauma bond

Cons

Severely overworked while severely underpaid. Management is extremely immature with retaliatory tactics. Directors are hard to get in contact with but the moment they need something they will stand over your shoulder until they get it.
