      Good work life balance. The product has a lot of potential.

      While the technical foundation of the company is incredibly strong, the transition from a startup to a global brand is being stalled by a lack of delegated authority. Leadership struggles to trust functional experts, often resulting in a culture where only "yes-men" thrive. This creates a bottleneck where execution is limited strictly to the CEO's personal vision.
