Everyone is warm and positive and there’s a real team atmosphere. Suggestions are always welcome and there’s a real spirit of adventure because the company is continuing to evolve.

Because the company is in a fast growth stage there have been some minor growth challenges. But what start up doesn’t have similar issues to contend with?
I'm actually lost for words but I want to grow with the company and give my best to contribute to its success. I wish to work with them as long as I can.

The compensation is less than what I was earning in the past but it's definitely okay. The company is growing and I know how difficult it is to start and grow a company.
