Pros
You will be working on some pretty cool real life software that will be helping hundreds of millions get exceptional data on their mobile devices. The office cafeteria has pretty nice views of a lake, golf course and other high-tech buildings in Kanata north Above average RRSP matching.
Cons
After the acquisition by Amdocs the culture really changed from a young rising challenger with a bit of a start up feel to just another piece in a behemoth machine. Development work is slowly being shifted to India. You will realize that your job becomes boring as you stop learning new stuff in a short while (a year maybe). Exceptional hard work and sacrifice is appreciated in words only. In general talent is no longer appreciated.
