High intensity. To succeed at Brand Tango, you must be adaptable. There are stints of long hours to complete big projects, and everyone is very passionate and into the work. BT is a highly entrepreneurial environment where nothing is "routine", so if you require a very structured (9-5) type of job, this is not the environment for you.
