Pros
If I begin then i would say that there are no pros in this company. It is one of the most pathetic companies I have ever worked in my life. There are no facilities at all. Employees are treated as slaves. They are over loaded with work and not given any compensation in return. The salaries are never paid on time and the management of the company always has one thing to say that the company is facing losses so kindly cooperate will pay extra next month. But that time will never come again. There is no respect for women at all. The management feels that they have purchased the employees and can do anything with them. Not at all a safe place for women. Whether you are a boy or a girl, the management is least inetersted they will force you to stay even late night. They are not at all concerned about your safety all they care is that they need work at any cost. The team leaders are instructed that whatever they want they can do all the owner needs is work. The way they get it done is all upto them. The crowd is pathetic. People dont even know English and do not have any basic office manners. There is no professionalism at all. The manager abuses the employees a lot and uses such language that one would be ashamed.
