      Some pros, lot of cons

      Pros

      Everyone’s quite friendly. No corporate bureaucracy.

      Cons

      1. Mediocre pay 2. No ESOPs 3. No WFH 4. Strict work timings 5. contractual positions for most employees 6. Mundane work most of the time 6. Not so friendly working conditions — office is literally a metal-sheeted warehouse, gets unbearably hot during summers and leaks during the rains. 7. culture of hiring senior members from outside instead of promoting existing employees

      Beware the PCR incident.

      Pros

      It is a very relaxed workplace.

      Cons

      This relaxation extends to their health procedures. In 2021, the CEO tested positive on his PCR for COVID, negative for ARTs, and not only didn't officially inform his employees, he continued to not wear masks, didn't have the workplace disinfected despite it being a small, common space, and the COO, his friend from university, also said nothing. COO also wanted everyone in the office even when MOH guidelines said only essential staff.
