Taking ownership of something you can see and touch; developing real estate can certainly get the creative juices flowing; very satisfying and rewarding job and career.
Cons
The Pros come with a time commitment; work and life always collide in the 24/7 business of running real estate. However; taking time off is encouraged to recharge the batteries.

A 60+ year Family business with strong family members; there is an old saying; if you love what you're doing, you never have to work a day in your life. That's my life!!
Cons
While our staff size is lean; we do ask our employees to perform at their best without too much oversight. Property and Project Management can be thankless at times; but as well; rewarding if you take pride in what you do.
