      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and relaxed atmosphere. A good stepping stone to better opportunities for a fresh graduate.l, particularily in marketing.

      Cons

      Very little international ability to move or develop. If you aren't based in Lithuania at the head office, you're likely stuck with what you have. Culture is very last minute in workloads.

      The best office you will see in your life, HR super profesional, The company culture is amazing, Team supportive, People lovely, Insane amount of free food.

      Cons

      Salary is horribly low. Plus, you have to fight to get your promised pay raise after the first 3 months, No opportunities to grow
