Pros

- Provide newcomers with some solid training as they arrive - HR staffs are trying hard to help solve issues between ALTs and School

Cons

- Pay is not great - was ambiguous at first about 'emergency money' - they didn't tell new teachers that they have to wait basically two months in order to receive first paycheque. - Competitive dispatch market that resulted in ALTs having to move around a lot for new schools if you want to stay with company

Pros

i can't find any pros

Cons

They don't treat their employees well and certainly don't pay you your worth. They ask inappropriate questions during the interviews. They're a scam that just take your money. There is a reason they only have 2 stars on here. Trust it.
