-- Emphasis on providing coaching and development -- Management avoids "top-down" decision making, leverages feedback and input from employees to create systems+processes -- Competitive salary and generous benefits -- Young, growing team

Cons

-- Still a young company, not a great fit for those averse to a changing course or who want rigid structure

Biggest Mistake- Set me back in my Career Growth

Pros

Nice Office Nice people in the immediate team At first they seem as though there is not a better place to work just because of the picture they paint for you...rest assured that is NOT the case.

Cons

- Terrible management support, especially from the sales team. - They promise to have their employees best interest at heart however, that is not the case at all. - Over-hiring means that they let will let people go at any time.

High growth startup with solid basis

Pros

Super rare to find a YC-backed startup successfully in the high-growth phase in Waterloo. Strong backing plus solid business model (high growth with net negative customer churn) translates to huge opportunities. Dev team is fairly diverse -- there's clearly not one model for what a great dev looks like here. We work hard and feel good with where we get to by the end of each day.

Cons

We know where we want to go, but aren't there yet. This is especially true of our tech stack -- excited for the next-gen stack we're building, but will need to maintain the legacy stack for a while still.
