      Competitive pay. Good work environment. Friendly atmosphere. Good people.

      Cons

      Managers could improve their leadership. Current leadership struggles with insecurity which holds other creatives back.

      Amazing, talented, kind people. They will really help you grow. It's a very nurturing environment as a creative.

      Cons

      Wish they would take on a little more creatively risky ideas or concepts. They have very conservative clients.

      Confusing Place to Work

      Pros

      They'll take care of you if you can figure out what the management and clients want. Good salaries and benefits, great perks. Pretty flexible in giving you space to work. The office space is awesome.

      Cons

      I never could figure out what my job was. The job described was not the one desired, so I don't my whole time at Boncom confused about my role. Looks like I wasn't the only one, as most of the people from my team have left the company as well. It was pretty frustrating to work so hard, including nights, weekends, and holidays sometimes, only to come back and be told by clients and management that my work was not the work that was asked for. The people are good, well intentioned, and they do good work, but the work is poorly defined and there is so much wasted time and effort.
