Pros
The easiness of the job, okay pay (more than minimum wage, but not livable), night shift is very chill, coworkers can be okay or very chill for the most part but be very careful, and relaxed policies.
Cons
Management is messy and all over the place, depending on the site the clients can be laid back or rude, getting called in on your days off, lots of hours can make you tired, no lunch hours, no breaks, meetings are a waste of time, no moving up, no raises, and different supervisors giving different rules.
