      Pros

      Benefits are very good. Their pay is industry standards, however question the commission and how it is tracked and reported. Over-all poor to mediocre on Management

      Cons

      New Management has poor understanding of how to run operations. Slow response and hides the actual performance to Senior Management.

      Pros

      They are a leader in the truck and trailer suspension business. The products are very good and dominate in the trailer industry. When times are good and the work was stable, it was pretty exciting.

      Cons

      Hendrickson's business has huge swings up and downs. Well so do all the companies that make things for the truck and trailer manufacturers. There have been lots of layoffs lately.

      work harassment aggressive senior management no training prefer non experience people to manipulate them no transparency a lot of people left and the management doesn't care.
