      Boldspace has a diverse range of clients spanning across B2B and B2C, which makes it a great place to learn and grow your PR skills. You'll work with people who bring their A-game to work every single day, and the best part is that they're always more than happy to offer guidance and advice. As a junior in the PR team, I feel trusted and given the room I need to express my thoughts, which is crucial for professional development anywhere you go. On top of all, it is an agency that actually believes in a work-life balance by offering full choice of where to work every day. All on all- I am proud to be a part of this agency.

      Pros

      Boldspace is a great company to work for. The company culture is really positive, the work is interesting and the right level of challenging, there is a lot of autonomy to achieve what you want and I've always felt the business' management is supportive. I couldn't really wish for much more from an employer and I feel like I made a great decision coming to work at Boldspace.

      Ambitious, fast-growing, fast-paced, varied, creative & committed to ensuring a free & fulfilling place to work, filled with wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      The high ambition, high energy and high standards means it is both challenging as well as fulfilling. This is a healthy environment, but this can very occasionally be a con for some.
