      my wage started at 4.75 in 1986 and now is 9.76 per hr. they combine my commission to make up the difference [SUCKS}

      Pros

      we are a small company now due to the owner selling all the company except for 2 stores .I love the work, people and if I need time off for having health issues they are pretty good and give it to me without troubles

      Cons

      no room for advancement cutting hours full time gets 40 but the part time any where 12- 20 hrs per week if we are to be getting more they want to hire to keep us at the average of 15 hrs weekly

      Great for getting practise when first starting out. Great discounts on retail for clients.

      Cons

      Smelly customers. Clients not getting hair washed with every service.
