Usually extremely busy, and don't expect rapid assistance from senior management in San Diego. You will be expected to serve 30+ customers a day with highly complicated and non-functional tools and software. As a manager, you will not have the tools you need to succeed at hand, you will need to make them yourself. No lunch break on Saturdays (even though it's a 6 hour shift), no training manual or other "official" standards, everything is "fly by night." "Full-time" employment is about 36-38 hours, no health benefits or options.
