Pros

No night shifts Sundays off

Cons

The company provides no benefits for employees. You are on your own to learn the system, which there are no set rules for. Low pay for what you are in charge of (sometimes hundreds of thousands in cash, IRA accounts). Their ads for hire tell you nothing of what you will be doing or expected to do.

Pros

Hourly pay is decent if you have no degree, sometimes work can be slow and easy, usually comfortable environment. Quarterly bonuses are good.

Cons

Usually extremely busy, and don't expect rapid assistance from senior management in San Diego. You will be expected to serve 30+ customers a day with highly complicated and non-functional tools and software. As a manager, you will not have the tools you need to succeed at hand, you will need to make them yourself. No lunch break on Saturdays (even though it's a 6 hour shift), no training manual or other "official" standards, everything is "fly by night." "Full-time" employment is about 36-38 hours, no health benefits or options.
