Working at Bluepal Solutions has been a highly enriching experience in my career. Over the years, I had the opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise projects for clients like JPMorgan Chase, which exposed me to real-world challenges and helped me grow both technically and professionally.
Cons
Fast-Paced Delivery Cycles: While the fast sprint cycles sharpened my delivery speed, it occasionally left little time for deep exploration or experimentation with new tech. Work-Life Balance during Peak Releases: During certain high-pressure phases, especially before major deliveries, managing work-life balance required extra effort.
