- The pay is very solid for part-time work - Support from upper-level management is great - Fantastic Training - Good position to pick up beginner sales experience and understand customers

Cons

- During COVID it wasn't possible to meet my colleagues in person, which would have been nice

I would have said pay if they had once paid me on time or the correct amount!

Having emails ignored for over a week, non payment of wages, no support whatsoever and rude office staff.

Samsung name is good one o work with although promotion work is not a good career move as no considered proper sales role.

Cons

Have to take a picture of signing in to store! Terrible recruitment send email interview time and do not even call! Money is promised but never delivered. Appalling management structure. How Samsung UK still use them is a mystery.
