Nice friendly staff, always polite.
Cons
There is no moving up. The pay is not competitive at all and raises are incremental, not based on job performance no matter what they say. The reviews are based on 1-5 scores and you will always hear "no one is a 5 since there's always room for improvement" making it discouraging to score yourself at that number. If you're taking a pay cut to join the company thinking you'll get back to that pay with hard work you're sadly wrong. If you complain, you'll get targeted and put under a scope so it's best to shut up.
