Pros

Genuinely good employees. Incredible talent has been collected and put on an technology with incredible potential.

Cons

Management. Constant turn over, relationship managers who do not understand relationships, managers in senior positions that are unable to manage up. Verbally committed to standardization and a product oriented mentality. Their actions show a strong commitment to customization. The Customer Success role is touted as Single Point of contact for the customer relationship however it is more or less a dumping ground and is consistently undermined by management. Finally... this isn't a customer success role. It is a TAM role with handcuffs.

Pros

Post joining, one may feel that the work culture is positive and enriching. But such vibes don't last long.

Cons

I regret my former interest in this company. The management doesn't value employees and they are subjected to verbal harassment as well. The pay structure is not good. Your self esteem is at stake, if you join this organization.
