      Mangement Isn't holding up their end

      Pros

      Great expectations set by the HR team during hiring. Told there would be offical training for field technicans. Company Car + fuel card

      Cons

      - No official training - Office staff not supportive of new staff - Blamed for starting by a senior technician, despite that being out of my own control - Had to chase staff around to get hiring package, payroll and other credentials needed to be successful.
