a company that need the US market, but dislikes everything about the US.

If you work in Europe, this might be the best tech company to work for, maybe. the technology is second to none. The North American team is stocked with good people.

Cons

If you work in North America, working for this company is like being the ugly step child of the Family. this is a European company run by Romanians. they openly are xenophobic about the United States. there is not a single current or past US employee of any level that would not quietly agree with that. They removed all US based leadership in 2022 never replaced any of the positions and then blamed the rest of the team for lacklustre results. they have since installed a puppet management to handle north america

Pros

Bitdefender has good technology that catches most malware. They are moving into larger accounts and are in a growth phase right now. Very good Ceo.

Cons

Frequent changes in sales management is a big problem. Direction reverses like clockwork. European sales management does things differently that north american managers.
