Good technology, good folks in the lab. Great medical benefits, in that they pay 100% of health for employee and family. Matching 401k both standard and Roth.
Cons
Poor management. Lack of funding, lack org resources to improve offerings. Product released without all testing/data for integrity. Some managers are not company/employee focused and thus they loose good employees. No car allowance. Issues paying commissions. Any questions about policy and termination follows.
Lots of free food, social culture is amazing (as long as you're in the "in group") and the work is relatively fulfilling
Cons
In addition to the expectation of much longer hours than the job description claims, managers and executives have a complete lack of experience or respect. Don't even get me started on the shady firing practices.... Department of Labor would have a lot of fun putting this place under a microscope...
