It was a nice office location

Cons

Unsupportive work environment, very low pay, awful management with no communication. Questions went unanswered because people just didn’t have the time or energy to train new hires. Haemorrhaging money (check companies house). No job security. People are dropping like flies and everyone is overworked for the same low pay. Every month there are fewer company benefits

Great teams, variety of work, office is nice

Cons

No bonuses, focus is on figures and pleasing the shareholders over driving creativity and innovation, lack of progression opportunities. After starting up a medical writer training academy similar to Allegro, the entire programme was axed as it was no longer financially viable
