      Pros

      Nice group of hardworking people at the lower levels; pay is somewhat decent; don't have to work weekends most of the time.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics for such a small company; namely from upper management. Scapegoating is rampant whenever sales numbers are down. Sales and marketing team do not know what they are doing.

      - Great and helpful co-works. - Free Parking lot. - Location is great. - you get to wear different hats and learn from others.

      Cons

      - No opportunity for advancement. - Low pay ( Below Average Market ) - You do the work of two people. - Your creativity and hard work is not appreciated
